The Lady of The Sycamore Fig (2024).
My FMP was an adaptation of a passage of text in Sylvia Plath’s, The Bell Jar. The outcome was a minute long animated film that explored the religious, mythical and symbolic imagery of a fig tree.
Methods included 2D paper cut and digital animation which were then projected into a 3D set and re-captured in the film studio.
