University ‘Artefact’ brief (2024).
Brief: to create a personal artefact. I drew inspiration from my time studying in Paris, memories and from historical playing card designs in the V&A. The outcome was a limited edition deck of cards which were sold at our degree show shop.
Each card design was carved first and printed with linocut.
research began with looking at museum artefacts, sculpture, historical designs, places and memories.
